Healthy fats

Fats have a difficult reputation: we need them, but some are healthier than others.

For example, with our Western diet we often consume too much of certain fats (saturated fats from animal foods, linoleic acid from margarine and vegetable oils). And that is detrimental to our health.

At the same time, however, the same diet does not provide enough essential fats, such as omega-3 from fish oil (EPA and DHA).

Women-friendly omega-6

First of all, the softgels contain high doses of pure omega-3. It contains the fatty acids EPA and DHA to maintain a healthy heart, brain and eyes.

The softgels also contain sea buckthorn oil, which is rich in beta-carotene and the rare omega-7. The softgels also contain olive oil and pure gamma linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil.

Borage is also known as cucumber herb to use in salads or other summer dishes. It is less known that borage also contains the important omega-6 fatty acid GLA (gammalinolenic acid). During the concentration of this special acid, we remove the unfavorable acids, such as linoleic acid, from the borage, leaving only the essential omega-6.

For adults

Consume one (1) to four (4) softgels daily with a fatty meal, or as recommended by a nutritionist or physician.
