Four unique nutrients

QuattroCardio contains no fewer than four unique ingredients and therefore scores excellently on versatility.

1 softgel (UnoCardio X2) containing:

Highly dosed and easily absorbable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from fish oil to support the healthy functioning of the heart, brain and eyes.

These claims only apply to a minimum intake of 250 mg EPA & DHA per day. 1 softgel in QuattroCardio contains 4x this dose!

1 tablet (Vitamin K2 & D3) with:

A highly concentrated, extremely pure form of vitamin K2. This relatively unknown vitamin contributes to normal blood clotting, the absorption of minerals & calcium in the bones and thus to the maintenance of normal bones.

A very effective vitamin D3 in natural form: vitamin D3 is a substance that we also produce in our body and that means that the substance is used by our body at least 3 times more effectively than vitamin D2

This 'sunshine vitamin' is good for the calcium balance and maintenance of strong bones, the normal functioning of muscles and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and good resistance. These claims only apply to a minimum intake of 600 IU of vitamin D, 1 tablet in QuattroCardio contains 1000 IU, so almost twice this dose.

We all know that calcium is important for maintaining healthy bones. However, calcium alone is insufficient. In addition to calcium, your body also needs vitamin K2 and vitamin D. These substances ensure that the calcium from our diet and in our body is processed correctly and ends up in the right place.

By starting to take vitamin K2 preventively, you can reduce conditions such as osteoporosis, also known as osteoporosis, at a later age.

CoQ10 is a coenzyme that plays a role in the energy supply of cells and comes in two interchangeable forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. Ubiquinol is the most useful form because it is immediately absorbed and does not need to be further converted in your body.

Until recently, it was not possible to include Ubiquinol in a stable form in supplements. Fortunately, a Japanese company recently managed to make this possible. At QuattroCardio we only use these original Japanese and easily absorbable capsules!

For adults

Use two softgels and one pearl tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by a nutritionist or physician.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The daily intake of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5000 mg (so under no circumstances take more than 4 softgels per day).

Preferably take with fatty food such as yogurt, food with olive oil or other fats.

Do you not want or cannot take a softgel? Then open a softgel and add the contents to yogurt, applesauce or over a salad.

Store cool (at room temperature, max. 25 C°), dry and well closed, away from light, do not freeze. Unless otherwise advised on the label.
