Natural vitamin K2
Vitamin K comes in two varieties: vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. We get vitamin K1 through green leafy vegetables or vegetable oil. Vitamin K2, also called menaquinone (abbreviated MK-7), is much less common in our Western diet.
Vitamin K2 remains in the body much longer, allowing it to reach blood vessels and bone tissue and activate important proteins.
This relatively unknown vitamin contributes to normal blood clotting , the absorption of minerals & calcium in the bones and thus to the maintenance of normal bones .
WHC uses MenaQ-7® Crystals - the purest form of natural MK-7 with very high bioavailability. It contains no residual substances or soy and is therefore free of allergens.
1 tablet contains 90 micrograms of vitamin K2. The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets or 180 micrograms of vitamin K2.

Vitamin D in an easily absorbable form
A very effective vitamin D3 in natural form: vitamin D3 is a substance that we also produce in our body and that means that the substance is used by our body at least 3 times more effectively than vitamin D2
This 'sunshine vitamin' is good for the calcium balance and maintenance of strong bones , the normal functioning of muscles and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and good resistance .
Calcium balance
We all know that calcium is important for maintaining healthy bones. However, calcium alone is insufficient .
In addition to calcium, your body also needs vitamin K2 and vitamin D. These substances ensure that the calcium from our diet and in our body is processed correctly and ends up in the right place.
By starting to take vitamin K2 & D3 preventively, you support the maintenance of strong bones .
